You get a few things very wrong here. The alleged smearing of feces at the Capitol on J6 is a media narrative lie, like much of the official version of what happened that day. J6 is probably the most filmed event ever, and there is ZERO proof of that ever happening. None. And, Trump pardoned all J6ers, as he should have, not because some of them weren't guilty - many certainly were. He pardoned them all because of how unfairly they were treated by a biased DOJ - most were not afforded their basic 5th and 6th amendment rights. From former federal prosecutor Bill Shipley, who defended more than 90 J6ers: "The impetus for the pardons wasn't that laws were not broken. The impetus for the pardons was the manner in which the Biden Admin broke a litany of norms on how DOJ has historically handled similar cases."

Evan, you said, "J6 is probably the most filmed event ever, and there is ZERO proof of [the feces smearing] ever happening. None." While there may not be evidence of that specific claim, you then say, “Trump pardoned them all because of how unfairly they were treated… not because some of them weren’t guilty—many certainly were.”

Guilty of what, exactly? What specific events or actions are you saying they were guilty of, if much of the official narrative is false? If the DOJ’s version is a lie and certain claims (like feces smearing) never happened, then what are you saying these people actually did that warranted guilt?

They were ALL technically guilty of trespassing, even though most of the crowd didn't see the signs or the barricades because those were gone by the time most of them arrived at the Capitol. (The violence started well before Trump finished speaking, and quite awhile before most of the crowd arrived at the Capitol from the Ellipse). There were about 300 who did violence that day, the rest of those prosecuted, more than a thousand, were just folks who trespassed. Most were charged with 4 misdemeanors, and many received jail time in DC courts where they didn't have shot at a fair trial (DC and the surrounding areas vote 95% blue). No change of venue requests were granted. More than 80 journalists went into the Capitol - they were all guilty of trespassing as well, but only a handful were charged - conservative journalists and those not reporting the "approved narrative". My friend Steve Baker was one of those. The were many folks who were swatted by the FBI for their misdemeanor offenses. Not until J6 had the FBI ever swatted anyone for a misdemeanor. There were some FBI agents so appalled by what was going on that they became whistleblowers or quit. The Capitol Police were set up as well, used as sacrificial pawns by the suits. They were under an NDA for quite awhile, but some have come forward since. Here is a clip you probably haven't seen.
